New Music Video: "The Lines" by Beartooth

>> Beartooth, the musical baby of Caleb Shomo, has just released a new music video for their song 'The Lines,' off of their first full length entitled Disgusting. You can watch it below.

>> The video was directed by Drew Russ, who has created videos for bands such as A Day to Remember and The Ghost Inside, as well as the video for Beartooth's song 'Beaten In Lips.' Russ presents the video as a featurette starring the band called 'Smashing Stuff in Slow Motion is Cool," which sums up the video quite nicely. The band is seen smashing numerous items from fruit to pottery, to even a "Beartooth" cake, while dawning matching "Beartooth" jumpsuits. Scenes of the band chaotically performing the song fill in the spaces in which items are not being destroyed. The video, although lacking in a story, pairs well visually with the song overall. It demonstrates the aggression that went into making the song, as well as the rage that comes out when it is being performed.

>> The video was released at the same time the band announced their headlining tour, which is being presented by MerchNow. Bands touring with Beartooth include Vanna, Sirens & Sailors, Sylar, and Alive Like Me. The tour starts on October 3rd in Chicago and finishes up on the 31st in the band's hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Dates for the tour can be found here or on the photo below. Do yourself a favor and check Beartooth out at a show near you. You may not find smashed fruit at these shows, but you'll definitely find chaos in the pit!
